The seller

RS IT Services is a sole proprietorship based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Contact: admin@rsitservices.ca.

What you're buying

Each product is a digital download (PDF documents, scripts, and/or editable templates) as described on its product page, delivered by email after payment through Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars. There is no physical shipment.

Licence

• Your purchase licences the product for internal use within your company: your staff may read the documents, run the scripts on tenants and systems you administer, and adapt and brand the templates for your own client work.
• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the pack itself (documents, scripts, or template source files), in whole or in part, whether free or paid.
• Work product you create using the pack — your tickets, client documents, your own adapted procedures — is yours.

Professional-use disclaimer

Runbooks and playbooks describe procedures for live production systems. They are written to a careful standard — read-before-write, verification, proof before close-out — but you are responsible for the changes you make in your own or your clients' tenants. Review every script before running it (they're written to be read), test where the procedure says to test, and keep your own backups and rollback notes. RS IT Services' liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Updates

Corrections and minor updates within your edition are free and are emailed to your checkout address. New major editions are separate products. See How delivery works.

Refunds

Governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Privacy

Governed by the Privacy Policy. In short: Stripe handles your payment; we keep your email and order record to deliver, support, and account for your purchase; we don't sell data and we don't run advertising trackers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
