Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Order record: your email address, the product and version you bought, the amount, and the date — kept so we can deliver, re-issue, support, refund, and do the books.
- Support email: whatever you send us when you contact support. Never send us client credentials or tenant secrets — our products are written so support never needs them.
What we never collect
- Card details. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout; your card number never touches our systems.
- Accounts or passwords. The store has no customer accounts and nothing to log into.
- Advertising data. This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
Who processes what
- Stripe processes your payment under Stripe's own privacy policy.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website; like any web host, its servers log requests (IP address, page, time) for operation and security.
- Microsoft 365 carries our email, including your delivery and support messages.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. Your email is used for your order — delivery, updates to your edition, support, and refunds — and for nothing else unless you ask.
Retention and your choices
Order records are kept as long as Canadian tax record-keeping requires, then deleted. Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have your email removed from update lists? Email admin@rsitservices.ca — removing you from update emails never affects your licence or your right to re-issued deliveries of what you bought.
