How delivery works

1. Checkout

Buy buttons hand off to Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe processes your payment; RS IT Services never sees or stores your card number. You'll get a payment receipt from Stripe by email.

2. Delivery email

After payment, your product is delivered to the email address you used at checkout as a download package (ZIP) containing:

• the product PDF (runbook / playbook / examples), print-ready;
• scripts and templates in their working formats (.ps1, .docx, .xlsx) where the product includes them;
• a README with version number and the pack's own quick-start.

Delivery is by email, typically within 30 minutes of checkout. If it hasn't arrived within one business day, check your spam folder for a message from RS IT Services, then contact Support with your Stripe receipt — we'll re-issue the delivery.

3. Updates

• Corrections and minor updates within your edition (e.g., runbook pack v1.0 → v1.1) are free: we'll email the updated package to the original checkout address.
• New major editions (v2.0) are separate products; existing buyers are offered them at a discount when they launch.
• Every package carries a version number and date, so you can always tell what you're running.

Licence in brief

Your purchase licences the product for internal use within your own company — run the scripts on the tenants you administer, adapt the templates, brand the documents as yours. Redistribution or resale of the pack itself isn't licensed. Full terms: Terms of Sale.
